How much does it cost?

Your cost is calculated by how much the load weighs and how fast you would like it delivered.

Do I have to be home?

No, you can leave your soiled laundry outside anywhere you like. Just make sure to note the

location on the “special instructions” for the driver to easily find it. Once the items are left

outside your home, we handle the rest.

Do you charge a delivery fee?

No. Pickup and delivery will always be free.

How long does it take do get my clothes back?

That is up to you. When placing your order, just select when you would like them returned. We

offer same day, next day, and 2-day service.

Do you offer same day service?

Yes.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

Yes, all orders are a $25 minimum order

What are the pickup and delivery times?

Pickups and deliveries are done in the morning between 7 and 11, unless rush delivery is

selected. Rush delivery will be returned before 8pm. If 2-day delivery is selected, you may get

your laundry sooner depending on orders in your area. We will always contact you about any

changes first.

Are my clothes cleaned with other people’s items?

No, each order is laundered separately.
